OneHalal.ManagementTraining is a training module based on the MUI and JAKIM requirements and meant for the top and mid-top-level management (Halal Management Team Members). It offers the halal management with the necessary tools and knowledge to be able to guarantee Halal quality. The training is suitable for all Halal Management Team Members as managers of any department; quality department, R&D, purchasing department among others. This training will train you on the Halal Assurance System (OneHalal.HAS).

This course is ideal to provide for your workforce ‘on the floor’ with basic understanding on the concept of halal and its goals and restrictions. Understanding the concept of Halal and reasons behind it are essential for a correct implementation by the general workforce. It enables the workers to be creative yet correct in circumstances where the halal quality might be in check. This training can also be used to fulfill the socialization requirement of a Halal certificate.

After finishing this course, you are able to:

This training is short, and normally used as an introduction for other trainings. However, an extended course is available for those who wish to understand the religious argumentation, reason for different opinions and how the halal regulatory market evolved.

OneHalal.CorrectSlaughter

OneHalal.CorrectSlaughter is the basic course on slaughtering halal. This course is especially designed for slaughterhouses and businesses where slaughtering is part of the production process. During this training slaughterers and supervisors are trained in the correct way of halal slaughtering, stunning and handling system; Correct Slaughter System (OneHALAL.CSS). They will learn of the risks on Halal quality in the slaughtering process as well as to recognized when Halal quality is in check.

After completing the OneHalal.CorrectSlaughter course the participant shall be eligible for OneHalal.CSS.Approved certificate if he passes the observation test, which will have be taken by OneHalalSolution at the slaughter man working station within 2 months of completing the course.
